About the Program

Fierce & Fit For Women is a strength-focused program for women in their late 30s and beyond who want to stay strong and confident through hormonal and life changes. As muscle loss, bone density decline, and slower metabolism develop with age, this program meets them with targeted strength, mobility, and functional training. Each 5, 20-minute workout blends efficient strength circuits, flexibility work, and conditioning to rebuild or maintain physical power.
